Since the imposition of exchange Control of Malaysia Ringgit by the Malaysia Government. EAROPH membership fees collected upon clearing of US Dollars Bank Draft amounted to only 1/3 of the total a,ount remitted. 2/3 of the amount paid went towards "commission on export collection" and " courier charges" to relavant US Bank.
